Bharat National Public School, Ram Vihar and Happy English School,Sharad Vihar ,are housed in their own premises spreading over an area of 4.00 acres and 1.05 acres respectively. Mornong Arrival
The Students must arrive at the School by 7:55 A.M.

Morning Assembly
As soon as the assembly-bell rings, first, the students having classes on ground floor, then the students having classes on first-floor,and  finally the students having classes on second -floor, will move silently to the assembly in ground for prayers in disciplined manner. 

Discipline while in Class - Room
In the absence of a teacher, the student should sit silently, engage themselves in meaningful works and co-operative with the class-monitor in maintaining the discipline of the class.

Discipline During Recess
The students must take their lunch in class rooms. They are supposed 

General code of Conduct
-The students are supposed to wear a neat, tidy and complete school uniform.
-The girl students are supposed to wear skirt of the knee-length as prescribed.
-The girl students are supposed to tie their hair with black hair-rubber band.
-The students must come in school uniform  for whenever they are supposed to be in school for reason or work.

Recommendation/Note For Parents/Guradians
1. The school gate will close at 7:55 a.m. action will be taken for late arrivals after the gate has been closed. Two consecutive late arrivals would lead to sending student back home.
2.Children should not bring crackers, transistors, cameras.video cameras, calculators, etc. to the school. Bursting of crackers and playing with colours is liable to lead expulsion of a student from the school.

3.Kindly check the haircut, uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning.


4.Please see that your ward carries text/exercise books according to the time table for that day. No extra books are allowed.


5.Check your ward’s almanac daily, do sign the remark if any and take necessary action.

6.Kindly inform the school if there is any change in the address and/or telephone numbers.

7.Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.

8.Restrict daily pocket money.excesssive should be discouraged.

9.Plan further education of your wards beyond the school in good time, so that they may be eligible to complete for admission to the maximum number of institutions of higher education.

10.Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her possessions. There should be a name tag on blazers and sweaters. Expensive articles should not be brought to school. In case of violation of this rule, the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school. In case of a loss, a letter giving details of the lost item may be sent to the class teacher.

11.No student will be allowed to go home without the written permission of the head mistress/coordinator/class teacher. The child will be allowed to leave school premises with parents in case of any emergency (during school hours).

12.During examination days, students are allowed to go back on their own after the exam by showing their identity card at the gate. School buses will depart at the usual time .students are advised not to bring junk food or aerated drinks to school.

13.If your ward is absent from school, he must catch up with all the work he has missed.

14. Parents are advised not to make social engagements or medical appointments during the working hours of the school to ensure better discipline and security of their wards.

15. Parents may meet the principal, head mistress, co-ordinators, and class teachers with prior appointment.

16. Parents can meet co-ordinators, class teachers and subject teachers on 1st and 3rd Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00a.m.

17. Parents can put their suggestions, complaints in writing in the suggestion box, placed at the reception.

18. Parents can contact the main reception for all event photographs on PTMs.

     SCHOOL FEES

The academic year of the school begins every year from the month of April. The school fee and other charges will be deposited for each quarter commencing from April to June in advance at the school fee counter in the school premises.

(a) Fee is to be preferably paid by A/c payee cheque in the name of the school.

(b) If the fee is not paid in full by the last working day of the first month of the quarter, late fee of Rs 10/- per day will be charged subsequently.

(c) If the fee is not paid by 10th of next month then the name of the student would be struck of from the rolls.
